Programs That Meet You Where You Are

A tailored, values-informed approach
Generic workshops can bring energy or insight in the moment — but they rarely create the kind of sustained cultural shift leaders are actually hoping for.
That’s why the process is deliberate and customised:
1. A thorough initial meeting
We explore what’s working, what isn’t, and where pressure or disengagement is showing up — beyond surface-level symptoms.
2. A clear Scope of Work
You’ll receive a structured Scope of Works outlining coaching options, workshop recommendations, and practical next steps. It’s transparent, realistic, and grounded in what your people actually need.
3. Support designed for your context
This may include:
leadership or individual coaching
values and communication workshops
sessions addressing confidence, culture, and psychosocial pressures
practical suggestions that link directly to everyday behaviour, not theory
This approach is honest and practical. It avoids empty promises and focuses on clarity, capability, and the real conversations that shift workplace culture over time.
For Workplaces
Work & Values Inquiry: A 12 week Inquiry
For professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a different way forward
Many careers reach a point where the outside looks “fine,” but internally things feel heavy. Confidence shifts. Decisions feel harder. The work that once felt meaningful starts to blur around the edges. Sometimes it’s pressure. Sometimes it’s exhaustion. Sometimes it’s simply realising you’ve changed — and your work hasn’t kept pace.
The Work & Values Inquiry gives you a space to slow down and make sense of all of that. There’s no forced positivity and no quick-fix promises — just grounded, honest conversations that help you understand your values, reconnect with what matters, and notice the patterns influencing how you show up.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly ready for a new direction, this is a steady place to explore what that might look like — in your work, your relationships, and your sense of self.
The Reflective Marathon Circle
A mindset-based program for new, returning, and starting-again marathoners.
Running a marathon isn’t just a physical challenge — it asks a lot of your head, your confidence, and your sense of why you’re doing it. Many women reach a point in training where the physical plan is clear, but the mental side feels less steady.
The Reflective Marathon Circle is designed for women over 35 who want space to understand that inner journey: the doubts, the motivation, the identity shifts, and the meaning behind committing to 42.2km. It’s not a training plan. It’s not fitness advice. It’s the mental and reflective work that most programs leave out — but often matters just as much.
If you want support that respects the reality of work, family, hormones, confidence, and the deeper “why” behind your marathon goal, you can read more about it here.
For Individuals
Rebuilding Self-Belief: A 12-Week Confidence Program
For people who feel steady on the outside but unsure, overwhelmed, or “not enough” on the inside
Confidence doesn’t usually collapse all at once — it fades slowly.
Often it’s worn down by pressure, competing roles, relentless expectations, or the quiet hum of imposter feelings that whisper, “You’re not as capable as they think.”
Many people keep functioning well externally while privately second-guessing themselves, avoiding difficult conversations, or feeling easily rattled. If that’s you, you’re not alone — and you’re not “broken.” You’re tired, stretched, and disconnected from the steadier parts of yourself.
Rebuilding Self-Belief is a calm, structured 12-week space to explore what’s been contributing to that wobble. It’s not about becoming louder, braver, or “more confident” in a performative way. It’s about reconnecting with the deeper foundations of identity, values, and self-trust.
Over the 12 weeks, you’ll explore:
how imposter feelings show up for you — and what sits underneath them
the values that anchor your decisions, boundaries, and sense of self
the patterns that fuel doubt, overthinking, and self-pressure
small, grounded shifts that help you feel steadier in everyday moments
You don’t need to reinvent yourself.
You just need space to understand what’s been happening — and support to rebuild confidence that feels real, not forced.
